Professional Consultancy Services for the Proposed Bauchi Airport Master Plan and Pavement Design

INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST IN PROVIDING PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE PROPOSED BAUCHI AIRPORT MASTER PLAN AND PAVEMENT DESIGN.

A: INTRODUCTION

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria in accordance with Due Process rules and regulations hereby invites interested reputable Consultancy firms for pre-qualification consideration in the provision of consultancy services to FAAN in the proposed Bauchi Airport.

B: SCOPE OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES

• Engineering design of Airport Pavement and production of master plan for the Airport.
  
  
• Preparation of tender documents for pavement Construction.
  
  
• Analyses offender Project Supervision.

C: PRE-QUALIFICATION EXCERCISE

In order to be considered for participation in the pre-qualification process, interested Firms are required to submit the following:

1. Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
   
   
2. Evidence of registration with professional body.
   
   
3. Evidence of Registration with FAAN in Category E.
   
   
4. Tax clearance for the last 3 years.
   
   
5. Firm's profile.
   
   
6. Organizational structure, including names and resumes of key personnel,
   
   
7. Evidence of projects executed.
   
   
8. Letter from Firm's bank.

Please ensure that your submission is in accordance with the format above with page numbers showing in the Table of Content.

All submissions should be well detailed, as the content would be evaluated and only short listed Firms would be considered.

D: SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS

All Pre-Qualification documents are to be submitted in two copies and neatly bound in binders (A4 size) and placed in separate sealed brown envelopes marked as follows: CONFIDENTIAL: "PREQUALIFICATION FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE PROPOSED BBAUCHI AIRPORT" and submitted to the office of The Secretary, Tenders Board, FAAN Headquarters Ikeja, Lagos.

• All expenses incurred and associated with the preparation of any pre-qualiflcation response shall be borne by the prospective Firm making the response.
